1951 Xmas Card

Here's a happy family group on the beach. Apparently five days was enough lead time to have the family photo printed and mailed in time for Christmas.

The sign looks slightly different from the one we had used in the past. My guess is that Dad had a new one made up for the occasion. That may be why we were in Miami for a week before the photo shoot; we had to wait for the sign to be ready. And we must have kept it, because it looks like the sign we used for all the cards after 1951.
